Labels can be attached to your post to help others find it. You can specify one or many Labels which characterize the content of your post. Each unique Label attached to any post in the blog will appear as a link in the Topics section on the right sidebar. When someone clicks on that Label, he/she will be taken to the most recent post having that Label followed by all the comments on that post. By scrolling down, one can see all the older posts having the same Label as well.
The blog administrator or a board member will be posting club issues and proposals for discussion, typically shortly before a business meeting. Anyone having a comment, question, concern, idea, or opinion on the post, can enter it as a Comment to the post. Others, in turn, can comment on the post or on the other comments to the post. Thus, the items appearing on a meeting agenda can be discussed by all club members ahead of time, not just the approximately 20 members who are likely to attend the meeting.
If you are creating a post, enter the proper Label(s) in the designated area at the bottom. The easiest way to do this is to click on "Show all" at the lower right and then click on on the appropriate Labels that appear. Each selected Label will then appear in the Label box separated by a comma. If you forget to attach a Label to your post before publishing it, you can add it afterward by returning to edit mode for your post.
