There are lots of ways to get involved in the Club and maybe you are not really aware of them all. Some take more time than others, some are one time events. No matter what, these ideas will help you get involved, will help you know more and more of your fellow members. Here are a few ideas - comment on this blog if you have any more ideas:
> You can come to one or more meetings and see hwo the Club functions and become a part of working to make it better
> You can sign up to run for an Office - just let the Nominating Committee know by sending email to goldstem@comcast.net
> You can volunteer to chair an existing committee - let a Board Member know or if there is a current chairperson, let that person know
> You can volunteer to participate in an existing committee - let a Board Member know or if there is a current chairperson, let that person know
> Propose or form a new committee - let a Board member know or come to ma meeting and propose your committee
> Volunteer to run an event - a small one to begin with e.g. chair a dinner or provide refreshments for a work party - they'll love you for that.
> Write a Blog to share your ideas or add comments to an existing Blog
I'm sure you can think of other ways to get involved. Its YOUR Club - keep it going strong!!!
